Processing time
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Custom memory products may take 2–4 additional days.
Shipping charges
Prepaid orders (UPI, cards, netbanking): FREE express shipping. Cash on Delivery (COD): ₹49 shipping fee per order.
Delivery timeline
Metro cities: 3–5 business days after dispatch. Other locations: 5–8 business days. Remote areas may take longer.
Tracking
You receive tracking details by email/SMS once your order ships. Track orders in your account at /account.
Delivery issues
If your package is delayed, lost, or damaged, contact hello@2thewall.in within 48 hours of the expected delivery date.
